Customers are responsible for providing accurate specifications, dimensions, and requirements. Changes to orders after acceptance may incur additional charges and delays.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is required before production begins unless alternative arrangements have been made in writing. We accept credit cards, PayPal, and bank transfers.
For custom projects exceeding $1,000, a 50% deposit may be required before production begins, with the balance due upon completion.
All prices are in USD and exclude applicable taxes. Customers are responsible for any applicable sales tax, duties, or other fees.
5. Intellectual Property
Customers retain ownership of their designs and intellectual property. By submitting files for production, customers grant LayerLine Studio a limited license to use the files solely for the purpose of fulfilling the order.

LayerLine Studio will not use customer designs for any purpose other than order fulfillment without explicit written permission.
6. Quality and Specifications
We strive to deliver high-quality products that meet or exceed specifications. However, manufacturing tolerances and material properties may result in slight variations from digital models.
Customers must approve final designs and specifications before production begins. Any changes after production starts may result in additional charges.
We are not responsible for design flaws or issues that could have been identified during the approval process.
7. Delivery and Shipping
Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on project complexity, material availability, and current workload. We will provide updates on any significant delays.
Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery. We recommend insurance for valuable or irreplaceable items.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. Additional charges may apply for address corrections or re-shipments.
8. Returns and Refunds
Due to the custom nature of our services, returns are generally not accepted. However, we will work to resolve any issues with product quality or specifications.
Refunds may be provided at our discretion for orders that cannot be completed due to technical limitations or material unavailability.
Any approved returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery and items must be in original condition.
